General Policies
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 25+ at all times.
- To purchase alcoholic beverages guests must be 21+ with a valid, not expired, U.S. state or U.S. government issued photo ID or a valid passport. The ID must be physically present. Vertical ID’s are not accepted.
- After 6pm on Friday and Saturday the 2nd and 3rd Floors are 18+.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is visibly intoxicated.
- All sales are final. BIG Best in Games does not offer refunds.Â
- Payments are card/tap preferred. Additional venue fees may apply at select locations and may include third-party operational fees. Fees vary by location.
- Any and all valid coupons cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions, offers, reservations, parties, or events.
- BIG Best in Games is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Commercial recording or photography is not permitted.
- Outside food or drinks are prohibited (with the exception of birthday cakes approved prior to scheduled event).
- Attractions are available on a first come, first serve basis.
- Each location offers different attractions. Attractions may temporarily or permanently close at any given time. Certain floors or areas may be closed for private events, floor rentals, or other reasons and may not be available with wristbands or individual purchase at those times. Please call or visit your local store for availability and details on any special event or promotion.
- Coupons and promotions are one per person per day.
- $10 Promotional Gift Cards are one per person per day.
- Coupons and Promotional Gift Cards do not have any cash value and cannot be used to purchase food and/or beverages.
- All individuals participating in attractions Adventure Park and Karting are required to sign a valid waiver. If under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver on behalf of the minor.
- All individuals on the Adventure Park must wear BIG Best in Games safety grip socks at all times (socks are sold separately). Shoes are not permitted unless otherwise specified by an attendant. - BIG Best in Games does not sell or share any information provided by guests for booking purposes, waivers, or any other reason.
- By entering the facility’s premises, BIG Best in Games has the right to photograph, videotape, and/or record all guests and use guests’ face, likeness, voice, and appearance in connection with exhibitions, publicity, advertising, and promotional materials without reservation or limitation.
- Carrying firearms is prohibited on this property, whether concealed or otherwise, regardless of whether the person is a CPL holder.
- Alcohol may not be taken outside of the building facility, including parking lot.

Summer Season Pass Details

Valid June 1, 2026 – September 7, 2026 at participating locations.
- Season Summer Pass pricing starts at $59.99. Pricing may vary by location.
- Includes unlimited Level 1 activities, including laser tag, adventure park, bumper cars, pixel floor, skating, and more. Activities vary by location.
- Level 2 activities, including karting, axe throwing, and bowling, are sold separately. Arcade Cards, Rage Rooms, Escape Rooms, food, beverages, socks, and skate rentals are not included and are sold separately.
- A valid photo ID of the purchasing pass holder or the purchasing parent/legal guardian must be presented at each visit to activate the Season Summer Pass. The ID must match the name listed on the original purchase.
- Passes are valid only at the location selected during purchase and may not be used at other locations. Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be resold. Lost, stolen, or damaged passes will not be replaced.
- Cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, promotions, offers, or gift cards, excluding eligible Black/Gold Cards.
- Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, activities, benefits, pricing, terms, or participating attractions at any time without notice. Terms and conditions are subject to change. Pass holders must comply with all attraction rules and policies. Void where prohibited.
National Parents’ Day Offer Details
- Offer must be purchased online by July 25, 2026.Â
- Free wristbands are redeemable on National Parents’ Day (July 26, 2026) only.
- Receive one (1) FREE Level 1 Wristband with the purchase of one (1) paid Kids Level 1 Wristband.
- Includes unlimited Level 1 activities, including laser tag, adventure park, bumper cars, pixel floor, skating, and more. Activities vary by location.

Party and Group Event Policies
- All party reservations require a deposit to hold the date and time of your party.
- The remaining balance is due at the time of the party.
- Party deposits are non-refundable.
- Parties may be rescheduled with a minimum of two weeks notice.
- No outside food or drinks allowed except for birthday cakes approved prior to scheduled event.
Double Ticket Days Promotion
- This promotion is valid on the 1st-3rd of each month from open until close.
- Double starting from 1000 up to 4000 tickets. Please see store for details.
- Valid once per person per day.
- Points cannot be split or combined.
Half-Off Tuesdays Promotion
- Half-Off Tuesdays begins on June 4th, 2024. Event dates, times, and pricing may vary, especially around holidays. Please call for details. The Promotion Period may be subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of BIG Best in Games.
- Admission is per item. Items included in promotion – 1st Floor Wristbands & Single Sessions, Arcade Games, and Large Pizzas.Â
- The following attractions and services are not included in the Half-Off Tuesdays: 2nd & 3rd Floor Attractions, Beverages, Food (excluding large pizzas); guests wishing to use the excluded attractions or services will need to purchase them separately at the regular rates.
- Arcade games, excluding merchandisers and claw machines, are priced at half the credits of our store’s standard rate.
- Arcade games will allocate tickets at our store’s standard rate; games with green readers will not dispense tickets.
- $10 Promotional Gift Cards cannot be combined with Half-Off Tuesdays deals.
- Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian who assumes responsibility for them during their visit to BIG Best in Games. The legal guardian must be present throughout the duration of the visit.
- Participation in the Half-Off Tuesdays is subject to availability.Â
- 1st Floor attractions are 5+ years old.
All-Day 1st Floor Wristband Promotion
- All day access may be limited based on capacity. We guarantee 90 minutes.
- This promotion is valid only during certain session times. See website for details.
- End times listed on website are the times the wristband session ends please purchase 90 minutes before that end time in order to enjoy your full 90 minutes.
- This promotion is not valid on holidays or during special events.
- This promotion includes unlimited 1st-floor attractions (excludes arcade, 2nd and 3rd floor attractions).
- 1st Floor attractions are 5+ years old.
Health and Safety
- All guests are required to wear BIG Best in Games safety grip socks while on the Adventure Park (socks are sold separately).
- Shoes are not permitted on the Adventure Park.
- All individuals participating in attractions Adventure Park and Karting are required to sign a valid waiver. If under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver on behalf of the minor.
- BIG Best in Games reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- BIG Best in Games reserves the right to remove anyone who is behaving inappropriately or endangering themselves or others.
Free Laser Tag Day
- Free Laser Tag Day will occur on Sunday, August 24, 2025 during regular store operating hours. Store hours and game times may vary by location.
- Each guest may receive up to two (2) free games of laser tag. Additional games may be offered if capacity allows. Game availability is subject to capacity and operational needs.
- Other activities are not included with this promotion.
- Guests may upgrade online to either Unlimited 1st Floor Activities (Ypsilanti) or Unlimited Standard Activities (Sterling Heights) for $20 through August 23, 2025 only. A regular in-store upgrade option will be available on August 24, 2025. Activities offered with the unlimited upgrade may vary by location.

Black Friday Giveaway
- Giveaway takes place on November 28, 2025, between 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Prize drawings begin at 7:00 PM.Â
- Winner will be drawn at random during the event and must be present to win.
- One (1) raffle ticket per Buy $20 Arcade, Get $20 Arcade purchase (online and in-store). Multiple entries allowed (one per qualifying purchase). One (1) raffle entry per online event ticket (limit one per person).Â
- Must be 18+ years old to receive prize items; if the selected winner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian (18+) must be present to claim the prize on their behalf.
- Valid photo ID required to claim prize (name must match raffle ticket).

Father’s Day Details
Basketball & Skee-Ball Contest
- One (1) winner will receive $100 in arcade credits.
- The highest qualifying score will be determined by store management.
- The number of attempts allowed per participant and final winner selection will be determined solely by the General Manager.
- Winner will be determined and announced no later than June 22, 2026.
- Participants must provide accurate contact information to be eligible to receive the prize.
- Arcade credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Dad’s Free Wristband Offer
- Receive one (1) FREE Unlimited Level 1 Activities Wristband for Dad with the purchase of any qualifying wristband.
- Limit one (1) free Dad wristband per purchased wristband.
